海外寄送時，收件地址與收件人姓名皆必須使用英文填寫。
若收件人姓名為中文，將無法寄送。
請務必填寫英文姓名。
關於配送至住宿地
不提供配送至民宿或短期住宿（如 Airbnb）

・Lawson 便利商店取貨（住宿地附近門市）
・郵局留置（至郵局領取）
■配送方式
請選擇 Yu-Pack（日本郵政）配送，並指定配送日期與時間
※包裹保管期限為 7 天
※須本人持護照領取

※因配送問題造成延誤或退回，本店恕不負責

●Condition of Delivery
Items are delivered in a round box.
Please note that any damage during shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Although items are carefully packaged, if damage occurs,
please contact your local post office directly.
Some shipping methods include insurance, but claims must be filed by the recipient.
●For Urgent Orders
We may be able to accommodate rush requests.
Please contact us by email before purchasing.
●Shipping Damage & Insurance
If the selected shipping method does not include insurance,
a replacement will require a new purchase.
If insurance is included, please consult your local post office.
If you request repair through our shop,
round-trip shipping costs plus repair fees will apply.
Please purchase only if you agree to these conditions.
●Shipping Restrictions (e.g., Lockdowns)
Delivery may not be available to some areas due to lockdowns or government restrictions.
Orders from restricted regions may be canceled by our shop.
If delivery becomes impossible after shipment,
shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
●Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country.
All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
●配達の状態について 丸い箱に入れてのお届けになります。 配達時の破損については、お客様負担となります。ご了承ください。 配達時は、しっかりと梱包しておりますが破損の場合は、お近くの郵便局にお問い合わせください。配送時の配達方法により、補償がありますがお客様ご自身でのお問い合わせをお願いいたします。

●配達時の破損について 保証がない場合は、再度購入いただくようお願いします。 保証ありの配送の場合は、郵便局とご相談ください！こちらとのやり取りの場合は、往復送料➕修理費用となりますので、ご理解の上購入してください。
●新型コロナにおいての配送に関しまして 都市閉鎖などで配達物が届かない場所があります。 都市閉鎖の国で、作品を購入された場合は、お知らせをさせていただき、こちらからキャンセルさせていただきますのでご了承ください。 また、配送後に都市閉鎖などで商品が受け取れない場合は、お客様の送料負担となります。ご了承ください。
